Terms and Conditions

Prices:

• The first hour of the first two hour lesson is FREE.
• £35 for the first hour lesson, and £35 hourly charge thereafter.
• Practical test fee £90 (in addition to the DSA charge).

PLEASE REMEMBER 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A CANCELLATION OTHERWISE THE LESSON FEE WILL BECOME PAYABLE.

Your lesson will not take place if you have been drinking. This could include the night before. If you have any doubts please discuss these with your instructor.

You should also inform your instructor if you are taking any medication.

Fairhurst Driving Academy accepts no responsibility for any monies paid in advance to the instructor for driving lessons.

Fairhurst Driving Academy cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown. A replacement car will be found as soon as possible.

All future arrangements should be made directly with your instructor. A direct number will be provided for you.

Your instructor will provide a clean, roadworthy car fitted with dual controls.

Our vehicles have a strict no smoking policy.
